Funded training while you work
Employees can get their AI training funded too – under the Qualification Opportunities Act (Qualifizierungschancengesetz, § 82 SGB III). Depending on the size of the company, the employer shares the course fees; companies with fewer than 50 employees usually do not.

Funding is not only for job seekers and the unemployed but also for employees – for example under the Qualification Opportunities Act (Qualifizierungschancengesetz, § 82 SGB III). One requirement is an approved training of more than 120 hours. Depending on the size of the company, your employer shares the costs. The decision lies with the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.

Yes. If you meet the course requirements, for example minimum attendance and a final project, you receive a certificate to download that you can use right away for job applications.
With an education voucher, the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter covers the course fees – the AI training is then free of charge for you. Without funding, we tell you the price in the consultation. For companies we prepare an individual offer.
With the Qualification Opportunities Act (Qualifizierungschancengesetz, § 82 SGB III), the Agentur für Arbeit funds training for employees. It can cover the course fees in full or in part and pay the employer wage subsidies while staff take part in the training.
